Please only text or call between these hours for routine appointments so the line can be kept clear for ‘out of hours’ emergencies.

Emergencies cover provided, however, as a small practice it is essential that you are additionally registered with another local practice for out of hours emergencies to ensure you can get rapid attendance.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is due on return of receipt of the invoice and if the outstanding amount (In uninsured cases) is not settled within one month then no further veterinary service can be provided.

There is a remote card reader on board available for payment at the time. Rapid BACS payment is accepted and welcomed, as well as cash or cheque. Card payment can be taken over the phone too.
