OPENING HOURS FOR ROUTINE CALLS
8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Please only text or call between these hours for routine appointments so the line can be kept clear for ‘out of hours’ emergencies. Whatsapp, text messages or email works well for routine appointments that can be booked in with advance notice (ideally 7-10 working days).
Vet line:
This is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so please respect that this is an emergency line only, outside of the normal working hours defined above. Please use this line for urgent appointments and veterinary advice (within working hours) and at any time for emergencies.

Office:
The office line is manned 9am - 3pm Monday to Friday and is available to book in advance and routine appointments, for any administration queries, for example, repeat medications or repeat prescriptions, and for any account and invoice questions or payments. This line is not an emergency vet line or to be used for veterinary advice,
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due on return of receipt of the invoice and if the outstanding amount (In uninsured cases) is not settled within one month then no further veterinary service can be provided.
There is a remote card reader on board available for payment at the time. Rapid BACS payment is accepted and welcomed, as well as cash or cheque. Card payment can be taken over the phone too.
